About marketing communications:
"What other job lets you impact a company's growth and prosperity so positively - and wear jeans and a T-shirt to work!"
At the heart of The Simon Group is its CEO and founder Marty Simon. Since starting the agency over 20 years ago, Marty has been the fountainhead of its exceptional creative work and the driving force behind its dynamic, aggressive spirit. He combines more than 39 years in the agency business (and more than 45 years as a professional writer) with an unusual degree of marketing savvy and business acumen that has earned him the respect and loyalty of a family of long-standing clients (and his employees!).
Prior to founding The Simon Group, Marty was vice president, creative director and senior copywriter for Lindhult & Jones, Inc., where he served for 19 years. When he started his own agency in 1986, all those accounts came with him to form the core of The Simon Group client list. Marty began his long and successful career in marketing communications as a public relations writer for SKF Industries, Inc. A lifelong student of creative writing, with numerous national, regional, and local articles to his credit, Marty is always looking for an extra edge that will make his clients' programs even more effective.
